Episode #2: The Power of Perspective in the New Year

Things aren't going to magically get better in our world just because the calendar no longer reads 2020, BUT just because we can’t control our circumstances doesn’t mean we can’t control how we respond to them.

Here’s the truth, I’m prone to pessimism in my natural state, and I even used to think that my natural pessimistic attitude was just a part of my personality, therefore people needed to take it or leave it. Over time I’ve challenged myself to shift my perspective though. I have gone from having a glass half empty to a glass half full mentality by spending my time and energy on things that actually matter.

In this episode, I'll share some personal hardships that could have kept me down in the dumps and how I've started incorporating positive habits into my routine in order to choose a different perspective that brings hope.

I'm convinced that being faithful with a little is never easy, but it's always worth it!
